### MVA Demand Package

This report is for MVA cases. Its sections are The Collision and Liability, Injuries, Treatment, Medical Specials, Lost Income and Other Economic Loss, Liens and Reimbursement Claims, Impact on Daily Life, and Demand.

Medical specials are the medical bills in the claim. Liens and letters of protection are reported as facts from the records. Any amount you ask for is your decision. Medrecords AI does not say what a claim is worth or who was at fault.

### Create a report

1. Press **Report studio** in the side menu, then **New report** .
2. Pick the **Case** and the **Report type** .
3. Check the **Template** . Your default shows first.
4. Pick the **Coverage** : "Medical-legal" or "Medical only".
5. Read the cost line, then press **Generate** .

### Response to an IME

To answer an IME report, pick **Response to IME / Rule 35 Report** . A Rule 35 exam is a medical exam by a doctor the other side picks. It happens by court order or by agreement. Upload the IME report first. Reading it costs 1 credit per page, on top of the report.

### Check before you send

1. Press **Run Verification and Cross-Examination** . Each claim shows as Supported, Unsupported, Contradicted or Not checked.
2. Click the cites on every bill, date and diagnosis you plan to quote.
3. Fix the text, or use **Rewrite with AI** for 10 credits.
4. Press **Download PDF** or **Download DOCX** .

The first verification run comes with the report. Each extra run costs 50 credits. If you add records later, a re-run costs 50.

### Use your own layout

If your firm has a demand format, build a template from up to 6 of your past reports. Then set it as your default for that report type and case type.
