Each page you upload costs 1 credit, and duplicate pages are never charged. Each report costs 100 credits, including its verification. They are removed before processing | | DICOM images | 1 credit for every 5 images, at least 1 credit for each study | | Confirming the case details | 0 | | A new report, with its verification and cross-examination | 100 | | Running verification again on a report | 50 | | An AI change to the narrative | 10 | | Hand edits to the narrative | 0 | If an AI change fails, the credits come back. If you cancel a case in its first minute, every credit for it comes back. ### Open the billing page Press your credit balance in the app to open **Billing and credits** . It shows: - **Credit balance.** How many credits you have. A warning shows when you are "Running low" or "Almost out". - **Payment method.** Your saved card. - **Buy credits.** Credit packs and custom amounts. - **Transaction history.** Every purchase and charge. - **How credits work.** A short summary of the costs above. ### Buy credits 1. Press **Buy credits** . 2. Pick a credit pack, or press **Buy a custom amount** . 3. Check the **Price per credit** and the **Total** . Larger packs show what **You save** . 4. Confirm. Your saved card is charged after you confirm. The credits show in your balance right away. If you start a case without enough credits, a "Not enough credits" box opens. Press the buy button and you can buy only the credits you are short. Then press **Create case** again. ### Save a card 1. Go to **Payment method** . 2. Add your card. 3. Mark it as **Default** if you have more than 1. Payments run through Stripe. Medrecords AI never stores your card number. ### Read your transaction history **Transaction history** has 1 row for each change to your balance. | Column | What it shows | | --- | --- | | Date | When it happened | | Description | What it was for, such as a purchase, a case or a report | | Amount | Credits added or used | | Balance | Your balance after that row | Use it to match charges to cases for your own invoices. ### Tips to spend less - Leave **Remove duplicate pages** on. It is on by default. See [how duplicate pages are removed](https://medrecords.ai/help/tasks/deduplication/). - Check the case type and files on the **Review** step before you press **Create case** . - If a case fails, use **Retry processing** .
