The pilot is for US-based professionals who have run at least 1 real case on Medrecords AI (a trial case counts) and post under their real name and role. Any follower count.

#### Client referrals

Use a personal referral link or code. Eligible approved partners can earn referral commissions on eligible customer revenue for a defined period, after collection and adjustment for refunds. Details are provided during onboarding.

We may invite experienced users to paid educational collaborations about their own experience, using approved demo materials and clear sponsored-content disclosures. Terms and disclosures apply; campaigns need prior approval.

Posts and videos use the shared demo case, never a client file.

Honest reviews on G2 are welcome from anyone who has run a case, at any rating, with no sentiment conditions. Reviews sit outside the referral program and are not a condition of it.

1. **Apply** The form below, with your role, your experience with the product and how you would introduce it. Approval is not automatic.
2. **Accept the terms** Program terms, verification, payment and tax onboarding, and the disclosure rules.
3. **Receive your kit** Personal link and code, the approved demo case, sample images, the approved facts and the content guidelines.
4. **Share honestly** With the professionals it is relevant to, with a plain-language paid-relationship disclosure every time.
5. **Referrals book and buy** New customers book or sign up through your link or code and become paying customers.
6. **Reconcile and pay** Eligible payments are reconciled, refunds and chargebacks deducted, and payouts issued on the program schedule.

### Professional credibility comes first.

Share what you actually think. Disclose financial relationships clearly. Never publish confidential patient or case material, and never suggest Medrecords AI replaces licensed professional review. Compensation is never tied to a positive opinion or a favorable rating.

| Attribution | A referral counts when a new account books through your link or gives your code on the demo call and pays within the attribution window. If 2 partners claim the same account, the first qualifying link wins. |
| Exclusions | Existing customers, anyone already talking to us, your own account or firm, and second accounts at the same firm are not referrals. |
| Eligible revenue | Measured on collected payments for the period in your terms. Refunds and chargebacks offset later payouts. |
| Not allowed | Bidding on "Medrecords AI" in search ads, coupon or deal sites, cold email or DMs in our name, posing as staff, and link spam in professional groups. |
| Consequences | A broken rule stops pay on the referrals it touched and can end the partnership. Money earned on clean referrals is still paid. |
| Status | Partners are independent contractors under a written agreement. No automatic stacking with white-label or reseller economics on the same customer. |

The current partner terms, with the exact windows, rates and schedule, are sent on approval. Disputes have a documented review and appeal path.

### The referral program, answered.

##### Who can apply?

US-based medical-legal professionals and selected educators and creators: legal nurse consultants, life care planners, IME physicians, expert witnesses, record review professionals, podcast hosts and trainers. During the pilot, familiarity with the product is part of the bar.

##### Do I need a large following?

No. There is no follower minimum. Relevance and credibility with buyers of medical record review matter more than reach.

##### Do I need to be an existing Medrecords AI user?

During the pilot, yes: at least 1 real case run through the platform, and a trial case counts. We ask partners to describe what they saw, not what we told them.

##### How does referral tracking work?

Approved partners get a personal referral link and a code. A referral is recognized when a new account books through the link or gives the code on the demo call and becomes a paying customer inside the attribution window in the partner terms.

##### When is a commission earned?

After the referred customer's eligible payments clear, subject to the terms and exclusions. Nothing is owed on a booked demo or a trial; payment follows collected revenue.

##### Can I earn page credits instead of cash?

A credit option is proposed and depends on program approval. Approved partners see the available options in their terms.

##### Can I get paid for posts or videos?

Only through approved educational collaborations, by invitation, with the disclosure rules applied. The referral program on its own does not pay per post.

##### Can I say anything I want about the product?

Say what you actually think, in your own words. What you cannot do is state numbers we have not approved, claim it replaces licensed professional review, or share confidential records.

##### Can I post screenshots of client cases?

No. Never. A real record in a post breaches your BAA and your duty to the attorney who hired you. Partners get a demo case and de-identified sample files to use instead.

##### How do I receive payment?

By an authorized payout method after identity and tax onboarding, which happens after approval and never through this form.

##### Can existing customers count as referrals?

No. Existing customers, your own account or firm, second accounts at the same firm, and anyone already in conversation with us are excluded.

##### Can I join if I offer medical record review services myself?

Possibly. A review business usually fits the [white-label program](https://medrecords.ai/partners/white-label/) better, and the 2 do not stack on the same customer. Tell us in the form and we will say which fits.
