White-label medical record review

## Your brand. Your clients. Our medical record review infrastructure.

Help your team prepare source-linked medical chronologies and customized medical-legal report drafts under your own name, without building and maintaining the AI infrastructure yourself.

Built for professional review — ·Your templates, your letterhead — ·Every line cited to its page

### More cases should not mean rebuilding your whole operation.

Your team knows how to deliver reviews. What eats the week is collecting, cleaning, sorting, summarizing and formatting thousands of pages for each case. With the platform carrying those preparation tasks, your reviewers spend their hours on source verification, professional judgment and client delivery.

#### Manual preparation bottlenecks

Every new case starts with the same sorting and deduplication, by hand, before anyone reads a line.

#### A different template per client

Each client expects its own format, so the same facts get reformatted again and again.

#### Finding the supporting page

The reviewer knows the fact is in the file. Locating the page to cite it costs the hour.

#### Building software is expensive

Engineers, model maintenance, security reviews and a roadmap, all before the first case ships.

Not every manual step disappears. Review, judgment and sign-off stay with your people; the preparation underneath them stops being the cost centre.

### The same work, with the engine swapped.

What changes when the reading runs on the platform and your firm keeps the judging.

| Today | With Medrecords AI underneath |
| --- | --- |
| Recruit more processing staff for each volume step | Automate the repeatable record preparation |
| Build internal software, then maintain it | Configure existing infrastructure |
| Organize and deduplicate records by hand | Receive a structured, deduplicated first pass |
| Reformat each client's deliverable from scratch | Reuse configured report templates |
| Spend reviewer time locating supporting pages | Open the cited page from the entry |
| Scale processing through labor | Scale through software plus professional QA |

### Your service, powered by Medrecords AI.

#### Keep your customer relationship

Your team manages the client, the scope, the quality review and the delivery. We stay underneath.

#### Use your report format

Configure the templates, sections and client-specific requirements your customers already expect.

#### Trace claims to source records

Reviewers open the document page behind a generated finding before approving it.

#### Build repeatable capacity

Standardize the preparation tasks that repeat across cases and reviewers, so the next case starts further along.

### Choose the level of white labeling your business needs.

White label can mean a logo on a PDF or a whole branded platform. Here is exactly what each level includes, and which ones are scoped rather than switched on.

Standard

#### Branded deliverables

Chronologies, summaries and reports leave with your letterhead, formatting and reviewer signature block. The citations stay in.

Best for review firms, LNC practices and IME providers that deliver documents.

Scoped with our team

#### White-label workflow

Configured processing for your staff or your clients: organization and client templates, user roles, workflow set-up. Full workspace branding, custom domain and branded email are scoped per partner.

Best for providers whose reviewers or customers will work in the software directly.

By agreement

#### Embedded or private deployment

Record processing, chronology generation and structured data connected to your own stack over the API, or the whole platform running in your cloud or your network.

Best for established platforms and higher-volume operations. [API and integrations →](https://medrecords.ai/partners/api/)

| Element | How it is delivered | Status |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Logo, letterhead, signature or attestation block | Set once, applied to every export | Standard |
| Report templates, sections and question sets | Configured per client and reused | Standard |
| Page citations preserved in the branded export | Every line keeps its source anchor | Standard |
| API-connected delivery into your system | REST cases, events, evidence graph | By agreement |
| Private deployment (your cloud or your network) | Flat annual license, published on the pricing page | By agreement |
| Branded workspace for your staff or clients | Scoped with our team | Scoped |
| Custom domain and branded email sender | Scoped with our team | Scoped |

"Standard" is live on the product today. "By agreement" is live but contracted per partner. "Scoped" means we design it with you and do not promise it on this page.

### Add services your clients already need.

What the platform helps produce, who buys it, and the one word that applies to all of it: draft. A reviewer verifies every deliverable before it leaves.

| Service you can sell | What Medrecords AI produces | Who buys it |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Medical chronologies | Dated events, providers, treatment, each with its source page. Chronology → | Law firms, IME physicians |
| Medical record summaries | Reviewable draft summaries of major records and history. Summary reports → | Attorneys, insurers |
| IME and QME report preparation | Structured drafts aligned to the evaluator's template; the physician keeps independent judgment | IME and QME organizations |
| Custom medical-legal reports | Client-specific question sets and organized sections | Expert review firms |
| Record Q&A and evidence search | Answers grounded in the uploaded records, with source context. Record Q&A → | Reviewers, attorneys |
| Missing-record analysis | Visits, providers and dates that should be in the file and are not. Missing records → | Case managers |
| Record organization and deduplication | A sorted, deduplicated starting file for reviewers. Deduplication → | Retrieval and review companies |
| Structured medical data | Extracted events and facts for downstream systems. Evidence graph → | Legal-tech platforms |

### From case intake to branded delivery.

6 stages. The platform runs 2, 3 and 4; your firm runs 1, 5 and 6.

1. **Secure intake** Authorization in place, then records arrive through approved channels. Never through a marketing form.
2. **Process and organize** Ingest, sort and deduplicate every supported document. Exact duplicates are detected and never billed.
3. **Build structured outputs** Chronology, supporting citations and the relevant summaries, each entry anchored to its page.
4. **Apply your templates** The deliverable takes the format your customer expects: sections, headings, question sets.
5. **Professional quality review** Your reviewer opens record pages, corrects inaccuracies and approves the work.
6. **Deliver under your brand** Export with your branding configuration or push it into your operational system over the API.

### Different clients. Different reports. One processing foundation.

An IME report, a litigation chronology and a client-specific record summary do not need the same format. The same processed case supports all 3, because the format is a configuration, not a rebuild.

#### Report templates

Adapt outputs to the chronology and report structures your clients already receive.

#### Case-specific instructions

Define the questions and the information that matter for a given review.

#### Specialty workflows

Different requirements for IME, QME, litigation or claims work, kept separate.

#### Output formatting

Your sections, headings and branded document formats.

#### Reusable configurations

Standardize across repeat cases and reviewers so the second case starts where the first ended.

#### Integration

Connect outputs to downstream systems where the API supports it.

Want to see the difference, not read about it? The [sample page](https://medrecords.ai/medical-record-summary-example/) shows a chronology and a summary built from the same founder-supplied file.

### The reviewer can check the record behind the statement.

A usable medical-legal report needs traceable support, not fluent prose. Where a citation is available, the reviewer opens the supporting page before approving the finding. Outputs require professional review and can contain mistakes or omissions; verifiability is the ability to check, not a guarantee.

#### Page references on every entry

Each extracted event and finding carries the document and page it came from.

#### Click through to the page

From a chronology entry or report line straight to the supporting record.

#### Evidence kept apart from interpretation

An extracted fact and an inferred relationship are never returned as the same thing.

#### Human approval before delivery

Nothing leaves under your brand until your reviewer says so.

[How the citations work →](https://medrecords.ai/product/citations/)

### Medical records deserve more than a generic upload form.

What procurement and risk review will ask, with the current documentation for each. No absolutes: the agreement and the Trust Center carry the detail.

| Topic | Where it stands |
| --- | --- |
| Encryption | Records are protected in transit and at rest. Detail in the Trust Center. |
| Access control | Authorized reviewers and organizations only; roles where the configuration supports them. |
| Data isolation | Cases and partner or client data are kept apart. Architecture review available on the technical call. |
| Data retention | Set out in the DPA and the agreement, not on a marketing page. |
| Model training | Customer records never train a model. Contractual under the BAA, not an account setting. |
| BAA and contracts | BAA on every cloud plan. HIPAA and BAA · DPA · Sub-processors |
| Deployment | Hosted, your own cloud tenancy, or your own network with air-gap available. |
| Security evidence | SOC 2 and HIPAA. Reports and documentation through the Trust Center. |

Sensitive records move only through approved secure channels after onboarding. Never send them through the partnership form on this page.

### Grow throughput without scaling every preparation task with it.

For an established review business the opportunity is to keep human expertise where it matters and take the preparation off the labor line. Pick consumption pricing or discuss a license based on workload.

#### What is published today

Self-Service runs from 10 cents a deduplicated page down to 5 cents at volume, and duplicates are never billed. The 2 flat annual licenses, one in your cloud and one in your own network, are on the [pricing page](https://medrecords.ai/pricing/) with the ROI calculator.

Partner volume pricing is custom: scoped on throughput, support and deployment rather than taken from the self-service ladder.

#### The spread, and what it leaves out

spread = (your price per billable page − platform rate per page) × billable pages

**That is not net profit.** It excludes reviewer QA, record collection, case operations, infrastructure, support, sales, refunds and taxes. A partner's economics come from pricing the review, not from the per-page spread alone.

The published rates are the [vendor page](https://medrecords.ai/solutions/medical-record-review-vendors/) 's subject; this page is about the partnership around them.

### Fit Medrecords AI into the business you already run.

Keep your intake, reviewer assignment, case management and delivery where they are. The question is only how the output reaches them.

#### Managed workspace

Your team works in the Medrecords AI workspace with branded outputs and configured workflows. Fastest to start.

#### API-connected workflow

Cases created over REST, events pushed to your endpoint, structured facts and citations pulled into your application.

[API and integrations →](https://medrecords.ai/partners/api/)

#### Customer cloud or private infrastructure

The platform in your own cloud tenancy or your own network, where contractual or security requirements call for it.

### Evaluate one of your own workflows before you commit.

The first case is on us. Eligibility, limits and the intake route for confidential files are confirmed on the call, so nothing sensitive moves before the paperwork does.

1. **Tell us about your volume** Monthly cases, report types and how production runs today. The form below takes 2 minutes.
2. **30-minute discovery call** We map your workflow and pick a representative case. If records are not ready, we use a sample.
3. **Process the case through secure intake** Your reviewer checks template fit and citation quality against the original pages.
4. **Result review and proposal** Defects on the table, the commercial model that fits, and the configuration plan if you want to proceed.

### See the quality your reviewers will actually evaluate.

No invented testimonials and no savings percentages. What exists today, linked.

What customers say, with first name and role only, is on the [reviews page](https://medrecords.ai/reviews/). A measured partner case study is on the list for when the first pilot closes; we will publish the page counts, review time and corrections, not a headline.

### White-label partnerships, answered.

##### Can reports carry our branding?

Yes. Logo, letterhead and the signature or attestation block are set once on your account and applied to every export. The citations and the content underneath are untouched. The exact elements and formats are confirmed during discovery. [Branding and export controls →](https://medrecords.ai/product/branding-export-controls/)

##### Can our customers log into a fully branded portal?

Branded reports and customized integration options are standard. Full workspace branding, a custom domain and branded email senders are scoped with our team rather than switched on, so we do not promise them on this page.

##### Do we keep our own customer relationships?

Yes. The white-label arrangement is built around partner-controlled client relationships: you hold the engagement letter, the scope, the quality review and the delivery. Medrecords AI does not appear on the report and does not contact your client, as set out in the agreement.

##### Can we use our own templates?

Yes. Report structure, sections, headings and client-specific question sets are configured and reused across cases. Where a format needs something the platform does not yet do, we say so on the call rather than after the pilot.

##### Will the platform replace our reviewers?

No. It reads, sorts, deduplicates and cites. A qualified reviewer at your firm verifies the output against the record, corrects what needs correcting and approves the deliverable. Outputs are drafts until that happens.

##### Can it process difficult scanned records?

It reads PDFs, scans and handwriting, and it flags a page that does not belong to the patient. Where a scan is unreadable the entry says so rather than guessing. We test with your real files on the pilot, which is the only honest answer to this question. [Medical records OCR →](https://medrecords.ai/product/ocr/)

##### Does the system cite sources?

Every chronology entry and every answer carries a page anchor to the source document, and clicking it opens that page. Citations survive the API boundary too, so they arrive in your own system intact. [Verifiable citations →](https://medrecords.ai/product/citations/)

##### Can we integrate it with our case management system?

Usually, through the API: cases are created over REST and events push to your endpoint. Whether a given system can receive the output depends on that system, which is what the technical call is for. [API and integrations →](https://medrecords.ai/partners/api/)

##### Do you have private deployment options?

Yes. Besides the hosted workspace there is a flat annual license in your own cloud tenancy and one inside your own network, air-gap available. Infrastructure responsibilities are set out per option. [Pricing →](https://medrecords.ai/pricing/)

##### How does pricing work?

Self-Service meters deduplicated pages at a published rate, from 10 cents down to 5 cents at volume, with duplicates never billed. Larger partners move to an annual license. Partner volume pricing is scoped on throughput and support needs, not quoted case by case.

##### What about patient privacy and HIPAA?

Medrecords AI is SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant, signs a BAA on every cloud plan, and never trains a model on customer records. Records only move through approved secure intake, never through this page. The division of responsibilities between us and you is written into the agreement. [HIPAA and BAA →](https://medrecords.ai/hipaa/)

##### How quickly can we get started?

A pilot case runs the week the paperwork is in place; the platform reads about 100 pages a minute, so the wait is the agreement, not the processing. Integrations and private deployments take longer and are scoped on the technical call.

### Keep the brand. Keep the client. Upgrade the infrastructure.

Tell us about your review business and we will benchmark Medrecords AI against one of your real workflows, then discuss a white-label arrangement that fits.
