## Nursing notes in the chronology. Out of the report. One toggle, not a re-run.

Content Selection Filters let a reviewer include or exclude entire document categories — legal records, nursing notes, billing, and more — from the chronology and report independently, without re-processing the case. Nothing removed from a report is deleted from the underlying case, and any category switches back on with the same toggle.

Built on medical-record intelligence
Trained across legal, insurance & IME records, reading every category in the file, then letting you show **exactly what each output needs** .

### Every category, toggled at the file level.

Content Selection Filters group the whole document set into categories — legal records, nursing notes, billing, progress notes, imaging, and more — so a reviewer can include or exclude an entire category with one toggle instead of removing documents one at a time.

Legal cover sheets, nursing notes, billing, and more — each its own toggle

### The chronology and the report can disagree — on purpose.

A category can stay visible in the working chronology while it's excluded from the report that goes out the door, or the other way around. Filtering doesn't touch the underlying case, so flipping a toggle doesn't trigger a re-run — the next generated output just reflects the new selection.

The differentiator

### Filter the output. Not the case.

Most tools make you choose once, at intake, what stays in the file — or force a full re-run every time a category needs to come out of one output but not another. Content Selection Filters treat the case as fixed and the outputs as adjustable, so a report can be narrower than the chronology behind it without anything being deleted.

### One case, filtered however each output needs.

4 steps, no re-processing — whether you're building a chronology, a report, or both.

Upload once
The whole file is processed and categorized a single time.

Set your filters
Toggle categories on or off for the chronology, the report, or both.

Generate the output
Only the selected categories appear — nothing else is reprocessed.

Adjust and regenerate
Change a toggle and generate again — no re-running the case.

### Who narrows an output without touching the case.

Same case, different output for each: what goes into a working file rarely matches what goes out the door.

FAQ

### Content selection filters, answered.

Whole document types — legal records, nursing notes, billing, progress notes, imaging reports, and other categories the file is organized into. Each one has its own toggle.

Yes. A category can stay visible in the chronology while it's excluded from the report, or the reverse — the two outputs are filtered on their own switches.

No. Filtering changes what's shown in a given output, not what's retained in the underlying record — nothing filtered out of a report is deleted from the case.

No. Filtering doesn't reprocess the underlying case — flip a toggle and generate the output again.

Yes. Since nothing is deleted, switching a category back on and regenerating the output brings it back.

It varies by role — a defense team might exclude legal cover material from an exhibit-ready report, while an LNC keeps the full chronology intact for internal review and narrows only what goes out the door.
