### What each state means

- **Operational:** the service answered in under 3 seconds.
- **Degraded:** the service answered, but took 3 seconds or more, or gave an unexpected reply.
- **Down:** no answer within 5 seconds, or a server error.

### How the check works

Our server sends 1 request to each service and times the reply. The check runs from Cloudflare's network, not from your computer, so a problem on your own network or firewall will not show here. The result is shared for 60 seconds, so 2 people opening the page in the same minute may see the same check time.

Nothing is stored. Close the page and the result is gone. That is why this page shows no history and no uptime figure.
