## Which records are missing from this case file?

The case's own documents point to them. Medrecords AI flags records that a case's own documents mention but the file does not contain, and shows which record implies each one. This 20 second demo works through 3 flags on an invented case, confirms a match and exports the list.

20 seconds, no sound. The numbered list below follows the video, and the transcript repeats its on-screen text.

### What the video shows

1. **See the flags.** A banner reads 3 missing records referenced, with tabs for Outstanding, Located and Dismissed.
2. **Check the source.** Physical therapy was ordered on 03/21/2025 by Dr. L. Brennan. A repeat MRI was ordered with no result on file. A Lakeshore Neurology consult is referred to by 2 records. Each flag names the record that implies it.
3. **Confirm a match.** The physical therapy order has a possible match in the case, a Cedar Creek evaluation dated 04/09/2025. Confirm it, and it moves to Located while Outstanding drops from 3 to 2.
4. **Export the list.** Every reference goes to 1 spreadsheet, with a tab per bucket, ready to build a records request.

### Why the gaps come from the records themselves

A records request is only as complete as the list behind it. Orders, referrals and follow-ups written in the records point to documents that should exist, and each flag here carries that pointer. The reviewer confirms or dismisses each flag, and the export becomes the request list instead of a memo written from memory.

### Transcript

1. The case flags records its own documents mention but don't contain.
2. Each flag shows what implies it, and which record says so.
3. A possible match in the case? Confirm it and it moves to Located.
4. Export every reference, by bucket, to 1 spreadsheet.

Every name, provider and date in the demo is invented. No real patient data appears in the video.
