What is in this list
The same firm often turns up in several public legal listings with a different spelling each time. Names were normalised and merged to one row per representative per state, keeping whichever listing carried the most detail. Firms and individual attorneys are labelled separately because a firm row is an office and an attorney row is a person.
A listing is a claim somebody published, not a credential. It does not mean the representative is currently taking cases, and the order here is alphabetical by state, not a ranking.
Why record review reaches SSD practice
An SSD case is won or lost on the medical record. The representative has to show a continuous treatment history, tie every limitation to something a doctor wrote, and find the gaps before the ALJ does. That means reading the whole file, often several hundred pages of it, on a contingent fee capped by statute.

Names were collected from public listings, normalised and merged to one row per listee. The rows carry name, credential, specialty and location, and the listee’s own site where they publish one. No phone number and no email address is published here.
