Partner with us to bring better medical record review to more teams.

One platform, whichever way you partner.

The 4 things a partner is actually relying on, each with the product page that shows it.

Custom workflows

Templates, sections and client-specific questions are set once and reused across cases. Summary reports →

Source-linked outputs

Every chronology entry and every answer carries its page anchor, so a reviewer can open the record behind the statement. Verifiable citations →

Human review

The platform drafts and cites. A qualified person at your firm reviews, revises and signs. That boundary holds in every program. How the chronology is built →

Secure data handling

SOC 2 and HIPAA, BAA on every cloud plan, and records that never train a model. Trust Center →

How a partnership starts.

The same 5 moves whichever program you pick; the detail changes per track.

  1. Choose a trackRead the page for the program that matches your business. Each has its own form and its own first call.
  2. Short qualificationName, company, volume and what you want to achieve. No records, no PHI, no questionnaire.
  3. The right person follows upWhite label and API go to the founder and the technical team. Referral applications go to the partner manager.
  4. Pilot or application reviewA representative case through secure intake for white label and API. An eligibility check for referrals.
  5. ActivateAgreement, configuration, and your first live case, or your partner link and kit.

Partnerships, answered.

If you deliver reviews under your own business name, start with white label. If you build software and want record processing inside it, choose the API. If you introduce prospects without delivering the processing yourself, apply to the referral program. Unsure? The form at the bottom of this page routes you.

Sometimes. A review company might run white label for its own clients and refer a software vendor it knows. What never happens is stacking: wholesale economics and a referral commission do not both apply to the same customer. The agreement spells out which one applies.

White-label and API prospects start with a discovery call and a representative case, no account needed. Referral applicants are expected to have run at least 1 real case on Medrecords AI during the pilot, because we ask partners to speak from experience.

On a call we agree a representative case, you send it through secure intake once the paperwork is in place, and your reviewer checks the output against the original pages. Book the first call or start with a sample output.
