Verbatim. Each recommendation is pulled with the provider, the date, the frequency and duration where stated, and the page it sits on. Equipment appears in 2 columns, recommended and provided, and surgeries recommended but not performed carry their own row, so nothing recommended gets lost in a 20,000-page file.

The missing-records list names the referrals, follow-ups and imaging the file mentions but does not contain, with the page that mentions them. Medrecords AI does not retrieve records from providers. You use the list to request what is missing before the plan goes out.
