What is in this list
Every row is a firm with its own website, and every fact on the row was read off that site or off the firm's own Google Maps listing: the case types the homepage advertises, the offices it lists, whether it offers a free consultation or works on contingency, the languages it says its team speaks. A firm is filed under a case family only when its own homepage names that work.
Sites that were down, parked or carrying injected spam were left out, and so was any firm whose homepage reads as a defense practice. Ratings are Google's as they stood on the day of the check. Nothing here is a ranking, an endorsement or a comment on any firm's results.
Why record review reaches plaintiff firms
A malpractice or nursing home case is decided in the chart. Before a firm signs it, somebody has to establish what the standard of care required, where the providers fell short of it and whether that shortfall caused the harm. That means reading every page the providers produced, often thousands of them, on a contingent fee.
Medrecords AI returns a dated chronology and a cited summary with a page reference on every entry, so the merits screen, the expert packet and the demand all start from the same record. The lawyers make the judgement calls and sign the work.

How this list was built
Each firm's homepage was opened directly and read for what the firm publishes about itself, in its text and in its structured data. A row was kept only when the firm's name was spelled by its domain or declared in the site's own markup. Each firm was then looked up on Google Maps, and a listing was attached only when it pointed back to the firm's own domain; that is where the office addresses and ratings come from.
1 row per firm: where 2 domains led to the same site, or one name appeared twice in a state, the duplicate was dropped. The rows carry the firm name, the case types it advertises, its offices and its terms. No phone number and no email address is published here, and no attorney at a firm is named.
