Editorial policy
Medrecords AI sells a medical record review product and also publishes comparisons, reviews, rankings and directories about the market it competes in. This page sets out the rules for that work: where facts come from, how other vendors are treated, how AI is used, how pages are dated, and how to get an error fixed.
Who is responsible
Ahmed Jemaa, Co-Founder and CEO of Medrecords AI, is the named author of the site and answers for every page on it. His name and the dates sit under the headline of each page.
Medrecords AI competes with many of the vendors this site writes about. Read every comparison with that in mind; the rules below exist so you can check the work instead of trusting it.
What we say about other vendors
This covers the 326 alternatives pages, the 304 comparison pages, the 31 vendor reviews under Reports and the 328 vendor profiles in the Content Hub.
- A fact about a vendor appears only if the vendor publishes it on its own pages. Each profile links the vendor pages its values came from, and each comparison lists the date those pages were read.
- “Not published” means we searched the vendor’s site and found no figure. We do not estimate prices, turnaround or accuracy for anyone else.
- Every vendor gets the same fields. Our own row is held to them too, with figures from our public pricing page.
- Nothing here comes from first-hand testing. We have not run the same records through competing tools, so no page makes an accuracy claim about another product. Reviews say so on the page.
- No page is a rating. Table order is not a score.
Rankings
The 30 best-of lists are editorial. Each one states the task in its title, and the order is our judgment of fit to that task, argued from what each vendor publishes. Where Medrecords AI is on a list it is marked “This is us”. Each list explains its method in a section called “How this ranking was built” or “How these are ranked”.
Directories
The 18 directories list people and organizations from public sources: state license and approval registers, the NPPES national provider registry, federal accreditation rosters, public map listings and the organization’s own website. Each directory names its sources under “What is in this list” or “How this list was built”.
A row is there because a public source records it, not because anyone paid. Listed and want a correction or a removal? Tell us and it is done.
How we use AI and scripts
We use AI tools to research, draft and check pages, the same way many teams now do. Pages that share a template, such as the comparison, alternatives and directory pages, are built by scripts from structured data. The same rules then apply to every page in a family, and a correction to a source record reaches every page that uses it.
Ahmed Jemaa decides what is published and answers for it, whichever tool helped write it.
Dates
Pages show the date they were first published. When the content changes, an updated date is added and the date in the page’s structured data moves with it. Vendor facts carry their own read date, which can be older than the page.
Money
No vendor pays to be listed, ranked, reviewed or linked on this site, and we do not sell or buy links.
Corrections
If a figure is out of date or wrong, email [email protected] with the page that shows the correct one. A confirmed error gets fixed and the page’s updated date moves. A vendor asking for a change gets the same answer as anyone else: show us where you publish it.
Check our product the same way
Our prices are public and our boundary is plain: we draft and cite, you review, you revise, you sign. Bring a real file to a demo and judge the output.
