Watch a medical chronology get built in 20 seconds

Medrecords AI takes a case file of mixed records and returns a chronology where every event links to the page it was read from. This demo runs the full path on an invented case: upload, processing, a dated event list and a month-by-month timeline.

20 seconds, no sound. The numbered list below follows the video, and the transcript repeats its on-screen text.

What the video shows

  1. Upload. 4 files, 936 pages in all, go into a new case. PDF, Word, DICOM or images, in any order.
  2. Processing. Every file runs through 6 steps: deduplication, content extraction, source file separation, document classification, summarization and vector processing.
  3. Events. They land in date order. Open the MRI finding on page 132 and it shows the line it was read from.
  4. Timeline. The whole case sits on 1 timeline by month, split into medical records, images and DICOM studies, with the date of injury marked.

Why the source link is the point

A chronology is only as good as your ability to check it. Each row in this demo opens on its source page, so a reviewer verifies a date or a finding in 1 click instead of searching a 936-page file. That is the part the video slows down on.

Transcript

  1. Drop in the records: PDF, Word, DICOM or images, in any order.
  2. Every file is deduplicated, read, split into documents and summarized.
  3. Events land in date order, each tied to the page it came from.
  4. The whole case on 1 timeline, by month and record type.

Every name, provider and date in the demo is invented. No real patient data appears in the video.
