Watch record summaries, providers and case facts in 20 seconds
Medrecords AI writes a summary for each record, then rolls the case up into providers, body parts and an injury date you can confirm against quotes. This demo walks through all 3 on an invented case.
What the video shows
- Open a record. The MRI cervical spine record from Harbor Point Imaging opens a popup. A descriptive summary comes first, then cards for the providers named (the author is marked), the treatment rendered, the diagnostic codes as written and the body parts affected.
- Providers in this case. The list shows 5 people found in 41 mentions. Laura Brennan, MD opens to 3 spellings and the reason each was merged.
- Confirm the facts. Body parts come with record counts. The date of injury, 03/14/2025, is stated in 5 records with quoted citations, next to a 1-record outlier you can flag.
- Steer the narrative. An instruction adds the MRI impression to the narrative. The change waits in a word diff, so you review it before you accept.
Why providers and dates get their own view
Summaries drift when the same doctor appears under 3 spellings or an injury date shows up differently in 1 record. The demo shows both problems resolved in view: merged names with the reason for each merge, and a date backed by quotes with the outlier left for you to judge.
