  1. Check the address. Type portal.supio.com/login yourself instead of clicking an ad or an unfamiliar search result.
  2. Reset your password from the sign-in page. Use the reset or "forgot password" link on the Supio page, not a link from an unexpected email.
  3. Ask your firm's admin. If your firm uses single sign-on or invites users by email, the admin controls access and can resend an invite.
