Medrecords AI drafts reports in your own template, with every statement cited, and leaves the review, edits and signature to you. This demo picks a report type, builds a template from past reports and exports an attested draft on an invented case.
What the video shows
- Pick a report type. The list includes MVA Record Review, IME, Life Care Plan, Causation Analysis, Damages Summary, Pre-existing Condition Analysis, Deposition Preparation Summary, Demand Package Narrative and Missing Records & Gap Analysis. Use the default template or one of yours.
- Personalize from your reports. Upload 2 to 6 past reports as PDF or DOCX. The demo uses 3, and the template comes back with their sections in order.
- Review the draft. Each statement carries a citation chip back to the record. Rewrite a passage with AI or edit it by hand, then move the report from Unattested to Attested with your signature.
- Export. PDF and DOCX, each marked attested on the page.
Why the template comes from your own reports
Reviewers already have a format their clients, carriers or courts expect. Building the template from 2 to 6 past reports keeps that structure and language, and the citation chips mean the draft can be checked line by line. The attestation step keeps the signature, and the judgment behind it, with the author.
