Watch a report get checked and cross-examined in 20 seconds
Medrecords AI checks each claim in a finished report against the records, then shows how opposing counsel could attack the opinion and how to answer. This demo runs both on an invented causation report and ends with a rebuttal to the other side's demand.
What the video shows
- Run the checks. On a finished Causation Analysis report, Verification and Cross-Examination run with auto-refine off, so the report text is left as written.
- Read the results. 8 claims are checked: 6 supported, 1 unsupported because no records before 03/14 are on file, and 1 contradicted, an orthopedic visit the report dates 03/18 that the record dates 03/21. Each flag is a signal for review, not a verdict.
- See the attack. 4 lines of attack are ranked High, Medium or Low. Each shows the likely question, a suggested response and the report quote it targets.
- Answer their demand. Upload the other side's demand, and each item is answered from the records as disagree, not supported or concur. Attorney work product is exported separately.
Why test the report before the other side does
The question that hurts most at deposition is usually a date or a gap the author missed. Catching the 03/18 versus 03/21 mismatch before the report goes out is far cheaper than explaining it under oath. The ranked attack lines give the author a short list of what to shore up, and nothing is rewritten automatically: the author decides what changes.
