What the video shows
- Billing ledger. 7 charges from 4 providers, $7,910.00 billed in all. Each row shows the source page, date, provider, description, CPT code and amount billed.
- Click a charge. The MRI charge scrolls the viewer from page 14 to page 134 and highlights its line on the bill. The ledger downloads as a CSV with 23 columns.
- Confirm the case details. The life care plan starts from extracted context: D. Rivera, age 41, life expectancy 37.6 years from the NVSR US life tables. Then each care item, such as physical therapy at 2 visits a week for 12 weeks, then 1 a month for a year. Nothing is priced or written until you confirm.
- Generate the plan. The plan and its cost table come back together, $29,660.00 in total, ready to download as Excel.
Why every charge keeps its page
Billed totals get challenged line by line. When each charge opens on the bill it came from, a reviewer can show where a number comes from without leafing through the file. The life care plan follows the same rule: the extracted age and life expectancy are shown for you to confirm before any cost is projected, so the projection rests on facts you checked.
