What the video shows

- Confirm a match. The physical therapy order has a possible match in the case, a Cedar Creek evaluation dated 04/09/2025. Confirm it, and it moves to Located while Outstanding drops from 3 to 2.
- Export the list. Every reference goes to 1 spreadsheet, with a tab per bucket, ready to build a records request.
Why the gaps come from the records themselves
A records request is only as complete as the list behind it. Orders, referrals and follow-ups written in the records point to documents that should exist, and each flag here carries that pointer. The reviewer confirms or dismisses each flag, and the export becomes the request list instead of a memo written from memory.
