Watch a case export to 1 bookmarked PDF in 20 seconds
Medrecords AI exports a case as a single bookmarked PDF with the sections, grouping and date range you choose, and your logo on the cover and footers. This demo configures an export on an invented case, downloads it and marks up a page.
What the video shows
- Choose the sections. Cover page, document index, narrative, summaries and source pages. Your logo and firm name go on the cover and footers. Untick a section and the nav counts it as hidden.
- Group and filter. Documents can be grouped chronologically or by category, provider, facility or relevance. The date range here runs from 03/14/2025 to 06/30/2025, and the 3 undated records are left out.
- Download 1 PDF. The job appears in Past Exports, turns Ready and downloads as 1 PDF. Cases over 10,000 pages split into volumes of 20,000 pages with continuous numbering.
- Mark it up. In the viewer, a bookmark jumps to page 163, the impression gets a highlight and the page gets a sticky note.
Why the export is built around bookmarks
A mediator, a client or opposing counsel will open the PDF, not the software. Bookmarks by provider or category let them jump straight to the records that matter, and a date range keeps an exhibit to the period in dispute. Leaving undated records out is a choice you make on screen, with the count shown, so nothing drops out unnoticed.
