What is in this list
Several roles sit in the same market: vocational rehabilitation counsellors, catastrophic case managers, return-to-work coordinators, and vocational experts who testify. The role on each row says which one applies.
A listing is not a recommendation, and the order is not a ranking. No phone number and no email address is shown; Request contact on a row reaches them through us.
Why record review reaches rehabilitation professionals
A vocational opinion has to rest on what the treating record actually says about function: the restrictions, the dates, what was tried and what failed. That is a reading job before it is an assessment job.
Medrecords AI produces the dated, cited chronology that reading produces, with every entry linked to its page in the source file. The assessment stays with the professional.

How this list was built
Most rows come off a state workers’ compensation register: the list an agency publishes of who is registered, certified or approved to do vocational rehabilitation work in that state’s system. 5 states publish one a member of the public can download, and all 7 are read here.
Registrations that have expired are dropped rather than shown with a stale date, so a row on this page was current on 2026-09-21. Names were normalised and merged to 1 row per person per state, which is why somebody registered in 2 states appears once with both registrations on the row. The remaining rows came off public professional listings that publish a role and a location but no licence number; those rows say what the listing said, and no licence was checked.
3 of these rosters publish an email address and a phone number for every registrant. Those columns are not read, here or anywhere upstream of here. The reader’s route to somebody on this page is Request contact, which reaches them through us.

Rows that carried no public link were looked up in NPPES, the national provider registry CMS publishes. A row was only given the number when exactly 1 provider of that name was registered in that state and the work they registered to do fits this list, so a planner who shares a name with a chiropractor in the same state keeps no number at all. 15 of 1,368 listings now carry one, and the link on those rows opens the government record. NPPES publishes a telephone number on every record; it is not read here.
