Motorcycle accident cases

The bias against riders starts in the chart. Read it before a jury does.

Medrecords AI builds the rider's chronology from the scene forward: what EMS wrote about the helmet, what the ED toxicology says, the head and orthopedic course, and every gap. Every entry links to its page. Fault and causation stay with your experts.

Where motorcycle cases turn

6 places the defense looks first. The chronology gets you there before they do.

Jurors bring assumptions about riders into the room. The defense uses the medical record to confirm them. These are the pages it reaches for, flagged before it gets there.

Scene and hospital

The helmet

What EMS, the trauma team and the nurses each wrote about helmet use, quoted with the page. Where they disagree, the conflict is flagged, not resolved.

We lay out the record. Your experts give the opinions.

We assemble and cite what EMS, the hospital and the treating providers wrote. We do not say whether a helmet would have changed the injury, who caused the crash, or what the brain injury is worth. Those belong to your retained experts.

HIPAA, under a signed BAAEvery file is handled under our Business Associate Agreement.
SOC 2Encryption in transit and at rest, and PHI access logging on every event.

Questions

Motorcycle accident record review, answered.

Do you say whether the helmet would have prevented the injury?

No. We quote what each record says about helmet use and the injuries, with pages. Whether a helmet would have changed the outcome is a biomechanical and medical opinion for your experts.

How is toxicology handled?

Every alcohol and drug result is listed with its collection time, the crash time and the page. A test that was ordered and never resulted is flagged as missing. We do not interpret levels or estimate impairment.

Can you pick up a brain injury that was missed at the trauma center?

We flag every entry that bears on it: GCS scores, amnesia, headaches, confusion and family reports, in date order with pages. Whether they add up to a brain injury is for the treating neurologist or your expert.

Do you retrieve records from providers?

No. Medrecords AI does not retrieve records from providers or facilities. You bring the records you already have, and review starts in minutes from upload.
