What buyers and security reviews ask.

Is there a cheaper Self-Service tier, or a minimum?

No tiers and no minimum. Self-Service is the full platform at a flat page rate: 10¢ per deduplicated page, falling to as low as 5¢ with volume. A 40-page file bills $4.

What counts as a page, and how do duplicates work?

You are billed per deduplicated page. Exact duplicates, which are common when the same visit arrives from 3 providers, are detected before billing and never charged.

Is anything held back for the enterprise plan?

No. Every deliverable and all 86 capabilities are on both plans. Enterprise On-Prem adds the deployment inside your network, SAML 2.0 SSO and SCIM, claims-system integration, a dedicated CSM with SLA-backed response, and a quarterly security review.

Can Medrecords run without our records leaving our network?

Yes. On Enterprise On-Prem the full stack runs inside your own infrastructure or private cloud, with an air-gap option, so records never leave your network. On Self-Service, records run in our HIPAA-eligible cloud under our BAA.

Do you sign a BAA?

Yes. Self-Service is covered by our BAA at signup, with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2+ in transit. An on-prem deployment keeps PHI inside your own network, so there is no transit for us to cover, and a BAA or DPA is available on request.

Is our data used to train your models?

Never. It is contractual, in the BAA, not a settings toggle. On-prem deployments send no telemetry and make no callbacks.

How is this different from human-review services and other AI platforms?

Human-QA vendors sample. Medrecords machine-verifies every extraction on every page, with deterministic citation verification plus an independent cross-model check, at page 1 and at page 10,000. Most AI platforms also require your records to transit their cloud; here you can run the full stack inside your own. We help your experts make the call. The last word is theirs.

How long does setup take, and does IT need to be involved?
